Jenny has been absolutely amazing. She supported me fully throughout the titration process with great care and professionalism. I felt very safe with her expertise and advice. My symptoms included a lot of anxiety - which I believe I have successfully managed to overcome to a great extent, in part because of her reassurance and calm attention to my needs and requests (as well of course, the medication addressing my medical condition.) Highly, highly recommend Jenny to anyone needing quality care.

Jenny was fantastic, overseeing a long titration and engaging with me whenever needed. I never felt pressured to ok the current medication or dose, and we proceeded at the speedni felt confident with, with Jenny taking into account side affects to find the safest dose.

Jenny was completely brilliant. She took the time to listen to me and really made me feel comfortable and safe at a difficult time. I also got to speak to her on the phone, which was really valuable. Plus, she's really warm and funny! I recommend her care whole-heartedly.

I'm not remotely surprised to note Jenny's 5 star rating. She has been overseeing my titration of medication for ADHD following a diagnosis via Psychiatry-UK last year. I cannot fault her professionalism, kindness and patience. Her responses to my (typically rambling and neurotic) queries and concerns were always dealt with incredibly promptly. I felt listened to throughout. I understand that Psychiatry-UK have been experiencing rapid increases in referrals and are recruiting more staff to meet demand. However, this had absolutely no detrimental impact on the service I received. With a bit of tweaking, we have arrived at a dosage that suits me and my lifestyle without negative side-effects. It has made the world of difference to my self-esteem, mood and work performance. I'm very grateful - thanks again, Jenny!

Jennifer has been really communicative, caring and helpful during my titration for methylphenidate. I've now got to a great place with the medication and I'm extremely grateful to Jennifer for her professional and kind help with it.
